During her introduction, the East Area Team Leader circulated an amended plan that had been received that changed the top floor double bedroom in to a single bedroom. Given the amended plan, the East Area Team Leader advised that should the Sub-Committee be minded to permit the application, Condition 2 would need to be amended to include the amended plan number.
The Sub-Committee was addressed by Ms. Bowman, an objector and Ms. Leslie, the applicant.
The Sub-Committee discussed the application in detail and whilst supporting the proposal, concern was raised regarding the construction hours and delivery times. Accordingly, Members considered it appropriate that additional informatives be included in this regard.
Permit with conditions and informatives as outlined in the agenda, subject to the following amended condition and additional informatives:

The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in strict accordance with the following list of approved plans: 1840-TP(11)01; 1840-TP(10)01; 1840-TP(11)02; 1840-TP(10)00; RMT323 - TCP; RMT323 - TPP received on 7th March 2019 and TP(10)20 Rev B; TP(10)21 Rev A; TP(10)22 REV B; TP(10)23 REV A; TP(10)23 REV A; TP(11)21 REV A; TP(11)23 REV B; TP(11)24 REV B; TP(11)25 REV B all received on the 10th September 2019 and TP(11)22 REV B received on 23rd October 2019.
Reason: To comply with Section 51 of Part 4 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
6. HOURS OF WORK
Work which is audible beyond the site boundary shall only be carried out between 8.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 1.00 pm Saturday and not at all on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Deliveries shall only be received within the hours of work detailed above and shall avoid peak rush hour times at the beginning and end of the working day.
